At around 5pm, put my phone on silent, in a drawer and go and sit in the garden for 5 mins. I will take 4 slow, deep, focused breaths while adjusting to being outside and slowing down form the rush of the day.
This is a simple experiment during May 2019 to help each of us keep the promise to ourselves of protecting one moment per day for a ‘High Quality Pause’.
