To sit down and play and a game of Bananagrams with each of my daughters. (All our phones will be in a different room while we play).
Sam T - My HQP this week is:
At around 5pm, put my phone on silent, in a drawer and go and sit in the garden for 5 mins. I will take 4 slow, deep, focused breaths while adjusting to being outside and slowing down form the rush of the day.
