From Kirsty Turner to Sarah Beedell at Arthur Rank

I really appreciate how you notice when I can't join in with something, and you give me a little squeeze or smile to let me know you get it and you're here for me. Thanks mate. You also celebrate every happiness I have, which is so warm and generous of you, and I love you for it. xx

Thank you

Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who gave up their Sunday to make Bridge the Gap such a wonderful success and by doing so making money we can spend on our patients. Particular thanks to Tasha for being a fantastic events organiser (and always so cheerful with it) and Donna for being a superb manager and a superwoman. And thank you to the Arthur Rank therapists for all their hard work with their fundraising initiatives for the medimotion.

Thankyou Dawn from Rosie

Gratitude week

Chris B, I would like to say thank you for checking in on me over the past couple of weeks. I have really appreciated your support even when there has been not much to say or it’s not been possible to say much: I’d like to you to know that just seeing your smiling face has cheered me up either way!

Thank you for listening. It's not easy to talk about stuff sometimes but you make it much easier. And the biscuits are great too!

From Unknown to Mum

Hola mum,

I'm doing a silly "Gratitude week" experiment this week where I'm supposed to send a message to " Someone who you think might be a little taken for granted and benefit from a moment of gratitude."

So, you're my first one :).

Thank you for being my mum and for loving me unconditionally. Thank you for looking after and bringing us up on your own, despite the really difficult circumstances. And thank you for my mad sense of humour and my love of laughter which I definitely got from you. Love you xxxxx

Thank you for explaining everything to me so clearly. I'm not sure which route to take yet. I know I want to live and know that your support will make the difference. Thank You.

Thank you for being a great colleague, and putting in so much extra time to help both the lymphoedema and therapy services, it is appreciated.
