Create a simple plan to help you manage these triggers and difficult feelings - increase confidence about returning to work
Learn a new mini reframing and mindfulness technique to help you cope with the tough moments

Session content delivered live via webinar (or onsite) for up to 100 staff
Return Confidently is a 1 hour session
This is followed by 3 day ‘Nudge Course’ to help attendees apply the techniques to their current situation
Includes Mental Health Nurse support for all attendees 48 hours following the session
A mini recap is sent to all staff the following day including a link to view a recording of the session before the end of the day (midnight).
The Story
Since the start of 2020 many people have experienced sudden significant changes to their daily life. It’s understandable why people might feel apprehensive about returning to the office, or moving to a hybrid way of working. Return Confidently was designed to help people make a simple plan tailored to their needs. Unfortunately we can’t create a world where there is no fear. However, each of us, with a little help, can learn how to manage our fears. Empowering us to feel increased confidence in returning the office.
