Helping Solve the ‘Support Gap’
Organisations pay a lot of money for external support; EAP providers, learning tools, talking therapies, professional development courses. But something doesn't add up. Staff and student surveys say stress is increasing, while organisations are spending more on wellbeing provision. There is a gap between staff needing support and accessing the support they need. Restorative Excellence helps bridge that gap. A protective pause to help each person access the help they need.
