Resilience Week
The simplest way to create resilience habits
Reduce stress, recharge focus and protect yourself
Would you like to focus better?
Find it easier to manage difficult thoughts?
Strengthen resilience?
In my experience we don’t need more knowledge, we need to increase effective action. Chances are you already know what you want to change, the main challenge is doing it. How can you cope better with stressful thoughts and workload?
Intriguingly my experience shows that it’s a challenge shared by many people across a range of diverse skill sets; Doctors, administrators, scientists, teachers, senior managers, junior staff. Professionals are generally good at their core job but often not at the skills that support optimum or healthy mental wellbeing.
The bad news? There is no easy answer. Like anything it takes the courage to experiment until we find what works best for us at this point in our lives and career.
The good news? There are some very simple steps anyone can take to strengthen their resilience. My research into over 100 resilience studies led to the creation of the Calm Resilience session which led to the Find The Way book - the 3-step Calm Resilience Method.
Resilience Week is for people who want to ‘top up’ their resilience reserves for the autumn. Those who want to learn fundamental resilience skills. And those who just want to skip reading to transferring core techniques into their daily lives, helping them create habits to strengthen resilience.
If you’ve attended a Calm Resilience or Restorative Excellence session with me this will be a useful top up and an opportunity to learn some new techniques along the way.

Often we can’t control our workload or the people we live and work alongside. But we can control our response. The more we experiment the sooner we find the most effective ‘resilience recipe’. Tailored to our needs and daily lives. Helping us cope with the tough moments, focus on key tasks and recover energy levels.
