How can we protect more time for quality focus?

Over the last 9 months one of the most recurring themes with clients is that people feel overburdened with workload. They are working really hard but are struggling to find the high quality focus hours they need.

Protect Focus is a new session format which helps provide a simple structure for you to focus for 40 mins on a task of your choice. When we make progress with a task we reduce stress and increase confidence.

How the session works

  • First 10 mins - techniques to help prepare for flow state

  • Middle 40 mins - focus on task of your choice - feel better my making progress

  • Final 10 mins - plan a recovery moment for today + 5 mins Mini Mindfulness
