Kind Resilience
Kind Resilience
One month's personal support, on hand to help you cope, recover and optimise.
The aim is to be more accessible than therapy, easier than asking a colleague and more reliable than asking the internet.
You text me anytime and I will reply within 24 hours with a simple next step, specific technique or meaningful support.
Like a resilience coach or more importantly a compassionate friend.
Struggling with a relationship? - find a way to manage it or strengthen it
Feeling overwhelmed with difficult thoughts or anxiety? - find a way to cope and recover
Pressure of workload? Stuck with an important piece of work? - find a way to make progress
Finding it hard to cope on your own without any support? - get meaningful support
The aim of Kind Resilience is to help you with the things in your life that are most important to you.
To be there for you anytime, providing guidance tailored to your situation.
We all need help at some point in our lives. We don't need to go it alone.
Places strictly limited. Next month of support is July. You can also choose to start in September.
How does it work?
On the first of the month I get in touch with a message via whatsapp or text (your preference) and let you know that I’m here to support you for the next month
You can message me anytime with any situation, I will respond within 24 hours
Depending on your situation I might recommend a next step, provide a technique, ask you a reframing question or signpost you to a specific source of help
Periodically I send you a warm supportive message or quote to help reassure you someone is there to support you
All message conversations are confidential
I also send you a few bonus things in the post
What’s the difference between Kind Resilience and therapy or coaching?
Great value. One therapy session is around £50. Kind Resilience is 30 days of support.
Kind Resilience is designed to be more accessible by empowering you to ‘do the work’ and strengthen your psychological skills day by day, step by step
If you would like to talk to someone then I would recommend a counsellor or therapist instead. Talking to someone is shown to have tremendous benefits. Many people like the idea of going to a therapist but find it hard to make the time or stick to. Kind Resilience is designed to fill the gap. To be an effective bridge between wanting some support and receiving it. (A couple of the Kind Resilience pilot group decided that therapy would be a good next step for them, therefore one of the things I helped them with was finding a therapist).
