Simple Mini Mindfulness Practices

 

Please use these guided practices in any way that works for you. They are not meant to be perfect; just some simple guided practices recorded at home. Use them any time of day or night. Please hold in mind:

  • You dont need to feel 'calm' at any point, just developing your self awareness is enough.

  • Each time you give yourself permission for a High Quality Mini Rest is success. An achievement that has significant value for body and mind - over 600 scientific studies and counting.

  • You are an important person. You deserve some time to Recharge & Refocus.

Go for a walk outside - the most effective way to get perspective.
