How can we reach someone if they are struggling?
The core aim of the Confident Kindness course is to equip everyday people with simple tools and techniques to effectively reach out and offer support to someone else.
You might be a parent, a manager, a good friend or a neighbour. We want to help you convert your kind intention to support others into effective action.
Over the years we have seen 100’s of people who said things like “I knew something was wrong” or “I could tell they were struggling” and frequently “I didn’t do anything because I didn’t want to make it worse, I wasn’t confident enough to take that first step.”
The good news is you can do something. You can make a difference to others with simple actions proven by science. Reduce stress, manage negative thoughts and strengthen resilience.
Studies show that the stress impact of lockdowns has been severe. We want to create an army of good people who take small actions on a reguler basis to support others.
When we find the courage to reach out to others we can can make a tangible difference. Helping someone also reduces our own stress levels (self compassion) and generally makes the world feel a nicer place.
The Confident Kindness course will be roughy £50. The pilot will be half price (£25). To learn the course outline and get an invite to the pilot (starts on 3rd May 2021) just click below. Invites will be sent by 15th April.
