Every year I work with doctors, nurses, programmers, administrators, leaders, teachers and many more. I research 50+ new studies across the fields of mental wellbeing, time management, management and mindfulness.
I would love to tell you there is one ‘magic recipe’ to help us cope with stress and optimise our meaningful work. However, there isn’t. We are all different people faced with a slightly different combination of circumstances.
